ALL OF OUR PACKAGES ARE PRICED FOR GUEST LISTS UP TO 100 PEOPLE. IF YOUR GUEST LIST IS SIGNIFICANTLY SMALLER OR LARGER, GET IN TOUCH FOR A MORE ACCURATE PRICE. 

Venue Hire for 6 hours

We'll work with you to help design and print stunning invitations that will be delivered for you to package and send to your guests.

We make keeping track of your RSVP's simple. With our wedding website, you can direct your guests to click going or not going, provide an option to list dietary preferences, pinpoint your wedding location and list your wedding day schedule. 

Our in house wedding planner will work with you to ensure your day looks and feels the way you want it to while being available to answer any questions you have along the way.

Our wedding coordinator will ensure your wedding day runs as smoothly as possible from start to finish + will take care of set up and pack down.

Once you've selected your ideal ceremony location, we will make sure it is wedding ready for you and your guests to enjoy.

A collection of photos in frames as well as your choice of quote dedicated to those who are no longer with you.

A table set up for signing your marriage certificate that can later be used for your guest book.

You have choice between two timber arbours styled with greenery and basic flowers. 

Our in house stylist will work with you to make your styling ideas come to life. You'll have access to our full range of styling items, including a choice of 2 arbours, easels and signage, greenery, white linen, basic florals, vintage rugs and more!

Our standard refreshments include drinks and a grazing table for you and your guests to enjoy. You will have a choice of 4 types of non-alcoholic drinks and 1 cob loaf as part of your grazing table. You and/or your guests are welcome to BYO alcohol.

We offer a range of lawn games for you to indulge in while you mingle with your guests post-ceremony. These include giant Connect Four, Jenga, Kubb, Finska, Cornhole, Bocce and more!

Our overall styling suits weddings within rustic-rural, boho, ethereal, and woodland themes. Our decor includes vintage mismatched rugs, wine barrels, pallet furniture, greenery with small pops of florals, buntings, rustic timber furniture and arbours.

The catering package we offer for The Avenue of Trees is our Gourmet Picnic Lunch. Each guest receives their own hamper of picnic munchies, including:

• Gourmet Baguette with meat, chutney and salad
• 1 x Gourmet Muffin or Giant Chunky Cookie
• Veggie sticks and Dip

We can make changes to this menu based on your preferences.

Your ceremony isn't complete without a sound system. We have all you need to play your chosen music and ensure your guests can hear you when you exchange vows.

There's nothing worse than forgetting music for your big day. We have a dedicated Spotify playlist that we will load all of your songs onto, including any music needed during the ceremony and reception.

We have a selection of cake styles and flavours for you to choose from. We want your day to be memorable and our cakes always play a part in bringing everything together! Get in touch if you would like us to send you the catalogue to view.

There will be a designated table for gifts that will also feature a wishing well.

In the case of wet weather we can hire a hall or function centre for a fee.
